I'm Skylar a writer and photographer based in Seattle, WA. Welcome to my small corner of the internet.
Most of my work sits at the intersection of narrative nonfiction and documentary, with food, alcohol, and travel as the primary subjects. Occasionally, I'll interview some incredible makers around the world — chefs, distillers, brewers, and winemakers — using their stories to better understand the places we visit. All updates about me or my projects will go through my weekly newsletter, The Daily Grog.
